Description
Dyneema HB2 are woven and laminated sheets made from UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene).
For those developing armor for vehicle, aircraft, and ships, Dyneema HB2 from DSM Dyneema provides ultimate protection against 7.62x51 NATO Ball and AK47 mild steel core bullets. This grade is also being used in hard ballistic inserts (strike plates) for high-performance vests.
